Managing access permissions
Permissions can be assigned to Teams from multiple locations in the interface, making it easy to control visibility directly where you manage your objects.
Access rights can be configured from list views, object detail pages, or from the Team configuration page.
From list views
You can grant access to one or several objects directly from the list views:
Asset list (All Assets)
Asset groups list
Campaigns list
From these views, select the objects you want to update and assign the appropriate Team permissions.
This method is recommended when you need to apply the same permission to multiple objects at once.
From an object detail page
Permissions can also be managed from the detail page of an Asset, Asset group, or Campaign.
In the permissions table, you can grant or remove access using the toggle switch displayed next to each Team.
Changes are applied immediately, allowing you to quickly update visibility without leaving the object page.
This is the preferred method when adjusting permissions for a specific object.
From the Team page
Permissions can also be configured from the Team detail page.
In the Operational scope tab, you can define which objects the Team has access to.
Use the Add buttons to grant access to:
Assets
Asset groups
Campaigns
This view is useful when you want to manage the full scope of a Team in one place.
Users and roles
Permission management is restricted to Organization administrators to ensure consistent access control across the platform.
Only Org. admins can create, modify, or remove permissions assigned to one or more Teams
Standard and Auditor users can view permissions, but cannot make changes
This ensures that all users can understand who has access to what, while keeping permission management centralized.
