Why can’t I remove a Team’s access to an Asset?
You cannot remove a Team’s access to an Asset if the permission comes from an Asset group or a Campaign already assigned to that Team. The Access Control column shows this information, letting you know whether the Asset is visible to the Team through an Asset group or a Campaign.

Only Org. admins can grant access permissions on objects (Assets, Asset groups, Campaigns). This can be done from several locations:
From the object’s detail page using the Manage Access button

This is an informational role only and does not grant any additional permissions. Any user who is a member of the Team can be assigned as an owner. The role serves as a primary point of contact for other Org. admins who do not manage this Team.

If the members of your Team cannot access any objects (Assets, Asset groups, Campaigns), it is likely because the Team has not been granted any permissions. Please check that permissions have been assigned in the Operational Scope tab on the Team’s detail page.

If you have just created a user with a Standard or Auditor role and have not assigned them to any Teams, they will not have access to any content. Assign the user to a Team to allow them to view its objects (Assets, Asset groups, Campaigns).

Yes, a user can be added to one or multiple Teams. If a user belongs to multiple Teams, they will see a consolidated view of all objects from every Team they are a member of (e.g., France, Belgium).

Yes, only Org. admins can create, manage, or modify Teams. These users are responsible for structuring the Organization as a whole.
