To add an asset in an organization, first go to the Organization tab then General and select the organization where you want to add your asset.
Then click on the Assets tab within the organization.
Go to the top right corner, above the list of assets currently in the organization and click on Actions then Add asset(s).
Select the asset(s) you want to add to the organization then click on the Add button.
To add an asset group, go on the Asset groups tab then click on Actions and select the group(s) you want to add.
To make sure that all related assets from your group are added to the organization, select the case add related assets in organization.
