How to use the Organization feature ?

Creating organizations and sub-organizations allows you to arrange your users, assets and asset groups by entity within your company (by country, market, department, etc.).

To do so, go to the Organization tab of the Dashboard then General.

Once you are on the Organization page, select New sub-organization on the top right corner then fill out the information. Click on Create to submit.

You should note that there are a few rules for the configuration of your organizations :

  • An Asset will first be added to the parent organization before being assigned to a sub-organization

  • Asset Groups added to an organization are not dynamically updated: if you add assets to an asset group belonging to an organization, the assets in the group won't automatically be added to the organization. To do so, you have to add related assets too.

  • No dynamic rule can be created to add a new asset directly to a new organization when it is discovered
