Feature Improvements
The Multi-tenant model introduces a new way to manage several organizations from a single, central account : the tenant. It is aimed at a specific audience: large international groups and MSSP clients who resell the Patrowl solution and manage security for their own end customers. It is not a self-service feature and cannot be enabled directly from the platform.
To go further, additional resources are available here — including a full introduction to the model, roles and permissions, and a dedicated FAQ.
New Tenant space — a dedicated administration area, accessible from the left-hand menu, where tenant-level management happens.
Organization management (CRUD) — Tenant admins can create, edit, and delete organizations directly from the Tenant space. Every organization created this way is automatically attached to the tenant.
Resource allocation across organizations — distribute EASM credits, Pentest slots, Greybox credits, and Retest credits between the organizations of your tenant, and reallocate unused resources from one organization to another.
New Tenant admin role — a tenant-specific role, independent from organization roles (Auditor / Standard / Organization admin). Only users with this role can access the Tenant space. A user can be a Tenant admin without belonging to any organization, in which case they access the Tenant space only and never see organizations' confidential content.
User management from the Tenant space — manage users at tenant level, including granting or removing the Tenant admin role from the Users page.
Per-organization settings — each organization can have its own configuration (e.g. its own cybersecurity or usage policy) rather than a single shared setup.
Design Improvements
Left-menu entry point to the Tenant space — a dedicated button to switch into the tenant administration area.
Navigation review across Teams and organizations — updated navigation to move between organizations (and Teams within them).
Bug Fixes
Related IPs / Related Domains filters — these filters are now displayed only on the assets "All" view, ensuring they function as intended.
